Feb 01, 2025 Had a great time during our stay. The house was well equiped at kitchen and other areas, with plenty of towels and seating areas. It also felt extra roomy. There were chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and a cooler available for use. Host was very responsive. The roosters would wake us up early, but part of the charm. Reyna Hurtado

Mar 01, 2024 The house was perfect for our family! We loved it! Lots of space to spread out yet felt like we spent quality time in the kitchen and living areas. Very comfortable for 5 adults. Very happy with the garage for parking and the cooler, chairs and snorkeling gear. Wished there was a grill available at the house that would have been ideal. Wendy Gonzalez

Aug 04, 2023 The condo had everything you might need on a beach vacation including beach chairs, ice chests, beach towels and snorkeling gear. The condo was spacious and clean, the surrounding gardens were lovely and we enjoyed the bird songs coming from the trees. Our kids loved the pool. The most amazing beaches were only minutes away, making this the perfect home base. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with just the right amenities. Brandy Stone

Aug 13, 2022 What a peaceful and spacious place to call our vacation home What a peaceful and spacious place to call our vacation home. We were so comfortable here from day 1. Our teenagers had an enough separation from our younger ones, and coffee on the balcony in the morning before everyone else woke up was tranquil and a rare treat due to the beautiful garden and sweet bird calls. Our baby (a toddler) had no trouble navigating the stairs as the steps were wide and tiled, so there was plenty of grip. We also had plenty of space to sort out laundry without having our main access way blocked. There was also plenty of space to store a stroller and emptied suitcases either downstairs or in the garage. We had no complaints and would absolutely recommend this place for a family! Jacqueline E

Enjoy relaxed elegance and serene mountain views at the lovely Villa of Kamalii #35! This spacious three-bedroom, three-bath townhouse-style condo in Villas of Kamalii provides the perfect setting for a tranquil Hawaiian getaway.
Villa #35 features an open-concept floor plan with a bright island feel, air-conditioning covers the living and dining areas, a comfortable living space, and a well-equipped kitchen. An upstairs primary suite features a king bed, split air-conditioning system and a private lanai, while a downstairs primary suite features a king bed, split air-conditioning system, has a seating area, patio access, and a soaking tub. A third bedroom also has its own full bathroom with twin beds.
Wake to the sounds of tropical birds and enjoy your morning coffee in one of the peaceful outside seating areas. The lush landscaping surrounding the condo will make you think you've escaped to another world! The Villas of Kamalii grounds also include a community pool, hot tub, and barbecue grill for guest convenience.
Ideally located in Princeville on the north side of Kauai, offers convenient access to Pu'u Poa Beach at the St. Regis Princeville Resort, Hideaways Beach, the Queen's Bath tide pools, and the Princeville Makai Golf Club. Both Princeville Center and the quaint town of Hanalei provide shopping and dining options close by.
Please note, mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 10+ nights. For stays of over 21 nights, two mid-stay cleanings are required. Any mandatory mid-stay cleaning charges will be included in your reservation quote based on your length of stay. Please contact management for more information if needed.
Parking Policy:
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors, please adhere to the following parking guidelines:
- Assigned Parking: Each unit includes one garage space and one numbered outside parking space. The garage must be used for your primary vehicle, and the second vehicle (if applicable) must use the assigned outside space.
- Guest Parking: Overnight guest parking is allowed in designated guest stalls for up to 12 hours per day or 3 consecutive days. For longer stays, prior approval from the Site Manager is required.
- Vehicle Restrictions: Oversized vehicles, motorcycles, or motor scooters may not be accommodated. Vehicles must fit in the garage with the door closed.
- Driveway Use: Driveways may only be used for 30 minutes while loading/unloading or washing vehicles (detergent soap is prohibited).
- No Street Parking: Parking along main roadways or in undesignated areas is not permitted.
- Compliance: Violations may result in fines or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.
